At Prime Roses, we take pride in delivering refined, handcrafted floral designs created with premium blooms. Because flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable, all purchases are subject to the following policy.
By placing an order with Prime Roses, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Satisfaction Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Our Commitment to Quality
Every arrangement is artistically designed and individually handcrafted. Due to the organic nature of floral products:
• Bloom size, stage, and color may vary
• Seasonal substitutions may occur
• Arrangements may differ slightly from website images
• Exact flower varieties are not guaranteed
Such variations are inherent to fresh floral design and do not constitute defect.

2. Eligible Quality Claims
If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we are committed to reviewing your concern promptly.
Claims must meet the following conditions:
• Notification within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
• Clear photographic evidence of the issue
• Order number included in correspondence
We may consider review in cases of:
• Significant physical damage upon arrival
• Verified incorrect product
• Substantial freshness concerns at time of delivery
All resolutions — including replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund — are issued at the sole discretion of Prime Roses.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Minor aesthetic differences
• Natural variations in bloom stage or color
• Substitutions of equal or greater value
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
• Restricted building access or gated communities
• Recipient unavailability
• Weather-related exposure after delivery
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Personal preference changes after delivery
Delivery confirmation constitutes completion of service and transfer of responsibility.

4. Peak Holiday Policy
(Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and High-Demand Periods)
During peak floral holidays, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day:
• Specific delivery times are not guaranteed
• Delivery may occur anytime within the selected delivery date
• Substitutions are highly likely due to market demand
• Premium market pricing may apply
• Minor delivery timing adjustments do not qualify for refunds
Orders placed for peak holidays may not be canceled once design preparation has begun.
By placing an order during these periods, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Orders cannot be canceled:
• On the day of delivery
• During peak holiday production once preparation begins
• For custom, event, or special-order arrangements after materials have been secured
Deposits for custom or event floral services may be non-refundable as outlined in your event agreement.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We kindly request that customers contact Prime Roses directly before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may be considered misuse of payment systems.
Prime Roses reserves the right to:
• Dispute chargebacks
• Provide delivery confirmation and transaction documentation
• Recover associated fees
• Refuse future service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Roses’ liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
