Shipping policy

Prime Roses offers local delivery within designated service areas and in-store pickup. We do not offer nationwide or international shipping.

By placing an order with Prime Roses, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.


1. Service Area

Prime Roses provides local delivery within select areas of Los Angeles County.

Delivery availability is determined by ZIP code and may be subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to decline delivery requests outside our designated service area.


2. No Shipping Policy

Prime Roses does not ship products via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other third-party shipping carriers.

All orders are either:
• Hand-delivered locally by our team or designated delivery partners, or
• Prepared for in-store pickup


3. Delivery Timing

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times, including morning, afternoon, or exact-hour delivery, unless a timed delivery service has been confirmed and accepted.

During peak holidays (including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day):
• Deliveries may occur at any time within the selected delivery date
• Delays due to traffic, volume, or weather do not qualify for refunds


4. Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
• The arrangement may be left in a secure location deemed appropriate by the delivery driver
• We may leave the order with a front desk, concierge, neighbor, or building management
• A delivery attempt may be considered completed

Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.


5. Incorrect Address or Access Issues

Prime Roses is not responsible for delivery failure due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Gated communities without access codes
• Apartment complexes with restricted access
• Unavailable recipient contact

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.


6. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Prime Roses is not responsible for:
• Weather-related damage after delivery
• Exposure to heat, cold, or rain after confirmed drop-off
• Theft after delivery confirmation

Delivery confirmation (including photo confirmation when available) constitutes completion of service.


7. Peak Holiday Delivery Policy

During high-demand periods, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day:
• Specific delivery times are not guaranteed
• Substitutions may occur
• Delivery volumes may cause delays
• Orders may be delivered earlier or later within the selected date

By placing an order during peak periods, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.


8. In-Store Pickup

For pickup orders:
• Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the scheduled time
• Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may not be eligible for refund due to perishability


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Roses’ liability for any delivery-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Same-day delivery is subject to product and driver availability. Orders are confirmed after review. If same-day isn’t available, we’ll schedule the earliest next-day option and contact you to confirm.
